Who are we?

	Rafael Mazanares - Senior Pastor Loretta Oddi - Women and Childrens Ministry After three years working in London as a missionary for Calvary Chapel, Raf and his wife Loretta felt God was leading them back to the Isle of Mallorca, Raf’s birthplace. Raf has been pastor of SPCC since 2002 and teaches on a Sunday morning in English and in the evening in Spanish. He also heads up the Bible school which is linked with Calvary Chapel in California. Loretta is Italian and grew up in Rome where she got a degree in languages/literature. She also teaches in the Bible School and runs the children’s and women’s ministries.

	Jimmy Schauerte – Assistant Pastor Jimmy is an American and a graduate from Calvary Chapel Bible School, California. He came here as a missionary to serve as the assistant pastor and teaches in the Bible School.

	Thomas Varnholt – Worship Team / Church handyman Ute Varnholt – Worship Team / Coffee Shop In 2009, Thomas and Ute were sent as missionaries to SPCC by their home church in Germany. Thomas looks after the maintenance of the church and runs the homeless outreach in Palma every Saturday morning. Ute runs the coffee shop after the services on Sunday and for the students. She is also in charge of church cleaning.They are both in the worship team and also lead a German speaking home group.

	Paul Drain - Teacher Heidi Drain – Church Administrator Paul and Heidi are from Aberdeen in Scotland. In 2003 they both gave their lives to the Lord. They both attended the Calvary Chapel Bible school in Mallorca and California, and graduated a year apart. Since then Paul has been a teacher at the Bible college and leads a home group. Heidi works for Raf as the Church administrator and helps out with the Children’s ministry. They were married last year in Scotland.

	Serge Hol - Bible School Teacher Serge is from Holland, he came to the Bible School intending to only stay for one semester (term) However, God had other plans and he graduated last year! Serge is a teacher of church history and also works with the youth on a Friday night.

	Liz Healy – Worship Leader Liz is from New York. When she was just 15 years old, she started to lead worship at her parent’s church. She attended the Bible school both in Mallorca and California. After graduating she was asked to come back to be the worship leader. She also helps with the youth ministry.
